About

Amanda Saviñón is a photographer, photo editor, and producer based in Miami by way of New York. For more than fifteen years she has made — and chosen — images for some of the most demanding photo desks in publishing, with work for Vogue, GQ, Teen Vogue, Marie Claire, Refinery29, New York Magazine, and Bloomberg Businessweek.

That double life, behind the camera and behind the photo desk, is the discipline in her work. She shoots to the brief, edits in camera, and delivers photographs that are ready for the page — portraits, food, fashion, and the stories in between.

In 2014 she founded Loyal Nana, a lifestyle publication devoted to storytelling, popular culture, and personal style, where she produced and photographed features and conversations with figures from Justice Sonia Sotomayor to Megan Thee Stallion.
